Some cities have programs where local instructors donate their time to teach for free. YMCA, Boys Clubs organizations like that tend to offer free programs. You’ll have to check your local area government to find out. good luck

having a trainer is the best way of learning a martial art. otherwise you might be mimicking movements but a live instructor will give you real life feedback on specifically what you are doing wrong. you’ll be surprise how often people think they are doing something right and exactly how it looks but arent

To learn Iam not sure. But to learn about all you have to do is pick a fight with an advanced martial artist that has poor control and attitude….LOL. Sorry I couldn’t refuse. As stated before there are some local programs scattered around the country.

Martial Arts Require practice, self discipline and also its about technique rather than how high you can kick or how hard you can punch. The best way it’s in a school.

However, If you still want to learn for free you can buy dvds, read books or even go to youtube.com Some users have posted very good videos about how to perform techniques.

Here is one of the videos,

why do you want to learn this way ,its not the best way and its a lot slower . mistakes will be made with no-one to correct them, not a good idea ,find a good club with a relaxed friendly atmosphere and give it a go .

For free - you would need to find an instructor that would do that for free.

otherwise. Most citys have community classes that for a modest fee - like 100 bucks you can train once a week for like 10 week. Its a pretty good deal. Typically the trainer has a local school and they offer pretty good deals on enrollment.

FWIW, most schools are like 100 bucks a month for unlimited training.

I take Kenpo through the community education program and although it is not free it is much cheaper.

if you go on youtube.com there are tons of videos from martial artists including bj penn and my fave jens pulver and his dirty boxing. they are free and may not be ideal like having a trainer but will def. suffice.
