This won’t answer your question, but you really shouldn’t be learning martial arts from a website. You need to have proper training with an instructor so that you learn the proper position, most websites I’ve seen help martial artist with their forms if they already know.
I happen to agree with Jeff, you cannot learn from a website, you have to go to a Dojo to learn the correct stances, Kata’s and Patterns. I have been doing MA for the pass 8 months and it is great.
Website that deal with martial arts are good referrances. But there are only one dimensional. The truely learn a style you need an instructor so you can get a solid grasp of the basics.
I have been training in Goju ryu karate for the last 4 years and have reach the level brown belt.
I hope it helps.
just do a shearch for what kind your into but it wont beat haveing a real sensi to help you along the way.
No because you need to learn from a Sensei…period.
like eveyone here has told you, you cannot learn a martial arts from a video, webpage, or book, you need an instructor. doing otherwise will lead to you injuring yourself and missing important concepts. think about it you usually get what you pay for do you thing anyone with reall knowledge would teach it to just anyone on-line? if after reading this you choose to continue to try to find an e-dojo good luck with that
